Date 11/12/2009 Time 6:00 PM Event Description: Belmont County Soil & Water Conservation District will be having their 64th Annual Banquet & Meeting on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, at the Union Local High School. Polls open at 6:00-7:00 p.m. for voting of the Supervisor. Dinner at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $12.50 for Adults, Children 7-12 $6.00, and Children under 6 are Free.
